Full-service commercial electrical work for property managers, facility teams, and business owners across Dallas, Fort Worth, and the surrounding metro. Same crews. Same project managers. One dispatch line, every call.
From a single panel swap to a 100,000 sf ground-up build, our in-house crews handle every stage of commercial electrical work in DFW.
Switchgear, transformers, panelboards, and feeder runs sized for your current load and future growth.
Ground-up electrical for warehouses, medical buildouts, retail shells, and office buildings.
Live dispatch around the clock for emergencies, with two trucks on rolling standby every weekday.
Generac, Kohler, and Cummins gensets sized to your loads. ATS install, paralleled redundancy, fuel hookups.
Photometric layouts, fixture procurement, controls, and rebate processing. Most retrofits pay back inside 36 months.
Level 2 fleet charging and DC fast-charge installs. Site assessment, utility coordination, and rebate filing.
Two yards. 62 electricians. One dispatch line. The reasons facility teams keep us in their phone are operational, not promotional.
Property managers don't get a different team every time we show up. Our project managers stay on the same accounts for years.
No estimating fees. No surprise add-ons. Every quote breaks down labor, materials, permits, and contingency so you know what you're paying for.
Live dispatch around the clock, not a voicemail tree. Two service trucks on rolling standby every weekday with weekend rotation.
One ownership group, one shop on Industrial Boulevard, one number to call. Decisions get made by the people whose name is on the side of the truck.
Permits filed across every DFW municipality. Direct coordination with Oncor and Tri-County. You don't chase paperwork. We do.
One-year workmanship warranty on every project, manufacturer warranty on materials, and a service number you can call long after the job closes.
Dallas Commercial Electric is a family-owned commercial electrical contractor headquartered in Farmers Branch with a south yard in Grand Prairie. We've grown into one of the more established commercial electrical operations in the DFW metro, running 62 electricians and a project book that spans warehouses, medical campuses, restaurants, retail centers, and office towers across North Texas.
What hasn't changed: family ownership, the same project managers on the same accounts, and the same idea that built the business in the first place. Show up. Do the work right. Stand behind it long after the invoice is paid.

View projectA few words from the property managers, facility teams, and business owners we've worked with across the metro.
We've used Dallas Commercial Electric across our industrial portfolio since 2017. Their PMs know our buildings better than some of our own people. That's the value.
Called them on a Saturday night when our cooler circuit tripped. Technician was on-site in 38 minutes. Restaurant was open Sunday morning. Can't ask for more than that.
They handled our LED retrofit across two campuses including the Oncor rebate paperwork. The whole project came in under the original quote, which I don't think I've ever experienced before.
Same project manager has been on our account for nine years. He answers the phone, he shows up to the site, he knows our building. You can't fake that.
From inside Loop 12 out to Alliance and beyond. Our two yards keep crews close to every corner of the metroplex.
Drawn from the questions our estimators get on first calls and site walkthroughs every week.
Call dispatch directly, or send us your building address and a short description of the work. An estimator will be back to you the same business day with next steps.
