Commercial Electrical for Logistics & Distribution

Distribution centers, cross-docks, cold storage, and conveyor power. Our crews know what it takes to wire a 400,000 sf warehouse and have it operational on the schedule the tenant signed up for.

From the service drop to the last dock door.

Logistics buildings have specific electrical patterns: high-amperage main services, large lighting loads, conveyor and material-handling equipment, dock-door circuits, and security/lighting on the exterior. We've delivered these from ground-up new builds to tenant fit-outs in existing shells.

The work also has to happen fast. Distribution tenants don't move in waiting for a slow contractor. We staff projects to hit aggressive timelines and we sequence the cutover so existing operations don't lose dock capacity during construction.

Logistics Scopes

What we routinely install & service.

A representative list of scopes from our active logistics project book.

01

Main service installations

480V services from 1,000A to 4,000A sized for material handling, racking lighting, and future capacity headroom.

02

Conveyor & equipment power

Conveyor motor circuits, MCC integration, sorter equipment hookups, and coordination with material-handling vendors.

03

Dock-door circuits

Power for dock levelers, dock locks, trailer lights, and dock-area lighting. Coordination with dock-equipment installers.

04

Warehouse high-bay lighting

LED high-bays with daylight harvesting and occupancy sensors. Significant energy savings on what's typically a building's largest load.

05

Exterior lighting & security

Pole lighting for trailer staging, wall packs around dock areas, security lighting, and gate equipment power.

06

EV-ready fleet provisions

Conduit, panel space, and service capacity sized for future or current fleet EV charging. Make-ready packages or full charger installs.
