EV charging is electrical work plus a stack of paperwork most contractors don't want to deal with: utility load studies, demand-charge mitigation, municipal permits, network-provider coordination, and rebate filings. We handle the whole package so your fleet manager or property team isn't chasing pieces of it.
We've installed Level 2 fleet plazas with 24+ stalls and DC fast-charge stations on dedicated 2,500A services. We also do single-stall installs for multifamily and individual tenant buildouts, and make-ready packages where conduit and panel space are pulled to spec for future charger deployment.
We install across all major EVSE brands. The hardware decision usually comes down to your billing model, network preference, and whether you need OCPP-compliant management. We help you think it through.
Site assessment includes a load study on your existing service, a check for available panel capacity, conduit routing options, and parking-lot trenching feasibility. We coordinate directly with Oncor or Tri-County for new service drops or capacity increases.
On the rebate side, we file Oncor's commercial EV rebate paperwork, prepare any state or federal credit documentation your accountant needs, and handle permit submittals across DFW municipalities. Activation includes commissioning, network registration, and training your team on the management portal.
Scopes we routinely deliver. If your project looks like any of these, we've done a version of it.
Dedicated chargers for delivery, work-truck, or shuttle fleets. Usually Level 2 with load-management to handle large simultaneous-charge demand.
Tenant amenity installs, often 4–12 Level 2 stalls. Networked stations with payment integration for cost recovery or employee billing.
Resident-assigned and common-use chargers, often with dedicated submeters for individual billing. Make-ready packages for future expansion.
High-power stations targeting transient EV drivers. Usually requires a new utility service drop and demand-charge mitigation.
Conduit, panel space, and stub-ups installed to a spec without putting chargers in. Common when the EVSE brand decision is deferred or the project is phased.
Projects rarely happen in isolation. Here's what else commonly comes up in the same scope.
Most EV plazas require service capacity increases. We size and install the upstream work as part of the project.
