Most of our electricians have been with us five years or longer. A few have been here for two decades. The reason is straightforward: we treat the work as a real career, we run a steady project book that doesn't whipsaw with the economy, and we don't try to compete on the lowest bid by cutting field wages.

If you've worked at a contractor that books a job, finds the cheapest labor, and disappears once the invoice is paid, that's not how we operate. We staff for the buildings we maintain long-term.

We pay above the DFW journeyman average. Overtime at standard 1.5x. Direct deposit. Weekly pay cycle.

Journeymen get their own truck, stocked from the yard. Take it home at the end of the day. Fuel covered.

Annual tool allowance to keep your kit current. Hard hats, safety glasses, arc-rated gear, and FR clothing provided.
