How It Works

On-call repair or planned preventive work.

On-demand calls run on a published time-and-materials schedule. Contracted service accounts get discounted T&M rates, priority dispatch, and quarterly or annual PM visits with infrared scanning, panel torque verification, and emergency lighting inspections.

For property managers running multi-building portfolios, we handle the dispatch coordination, billing consolidation, and reporting so your team doesn't have to track every ticket individually.

When to Call

Main or branch breaker tripping

Sometimes a load issue, sometimes a circuit fault, sometimes a failing breaker. We'll diagnose and either repair or write a quote for the bigger fix.

Power outage on one circuit

Common causes include tripped GFCI, loose connection, or a failing component downstream. Quick to diagnose, faster if you can tell us which devices are affected.

Flickering or dimming lights

Usually a power-quality issue, but sometimes a failing neutral or a loose connection somewhere upstream. Worth investigating before it becomes a bigger problem.

Burning smell from a panel

Stop, isolate the panel if safe, call us immediately. This is one of the calls where we move fastest.

Equipment not powering on

Could be the equipment, could be the circuit, could be a control issue. We'll test and isolate before you have to call the equipment vendor.
